What Sniko actually is (and isn't)

Sniko is rule-based, not a general-purpose AI model. It matches what you type against real platform logic — your actual profile completeness, your actual startup's data, the real ranking formula, real badge requirements — and answers from that directly, rather than generating a plausible-sounding guess. Two practical consequences of this:

• It's always accurate to your real account. If it tells you your profile is missing a bio, that's because it actually checked.
• It's honest about its limits. If you ask something outside what it's built to answer, it says so and points you toward the closest topic it can actually help with, instead of confidently making something up.

Getting a better answer

Sniko responds to the specific words you use, so being concrete helps — "how do I turn on 2FA" gets a more direct answer than "help with security." If a reply isn't quite what you meant, try rephrasing rather than repeating the exact same message; Sniko often catches an intent from a second phrasing that the first one didn't trigger.

No — Sniko only has access to your own account's profile/startup/ranking data, the same information visible on your own settings pages. It has no visibility into conversations with other people.
